Throughout my career, I focused on Putting People First
For years I have had the privilege of working with people and organizations in transition and crisis. A number of years ago I took over the facilitation of a workshop on the Emotional Side of Retirement. The workshop was developed for the first responder world by Bill Tibbo, an industry guru.
As a person of retirement age, I have conducted extensive research, including hours of interviews, to better understand our journey.
As a disruptor, I am working to tear down the barriers created by agism and indifference.
The pandemic and the subsequent lockdowns have resulted in a variety of emotional challenges. In many ways, the impact of pandemics has mirrored the impact so many retirees experience.
